• Mechanical Design

At NiKKi Fron's Precision Machinery Assembly Division, we operate as a cooperative factory for "Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.," a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molding machines. We assemble and manufacture various electric and hydraulic injection molding machines, which are customized according to the user's equipment environment and intended purpose. Each machine consists of approximately 3,000 parts, requiring special assembly for each unit. We accurately assemble a wide range of components, responding to trust with our unique process management and quality control systems. Additionally, due to our experience in assembling injection molding machines, we are equipped with electrical technology capable of handling hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, allowing us to also provide overhaul and maintenance services for general industrial machinery. Our workspace is equipped with various cranes, including a maximum 20-ton crane, enabling us to handle products ranging from small to large, and we can also perform special treatments involving coating and adhesion. • Contract manufacturing

NiKKi Fron's FRP Division manufactures clutch facings for automobiles, clutch facings for industrial machinery, and brake components for vehicles. Clutch facings are friction materials used in devices that transmit and control power from the engine to the drive system, commonly found in manual transmission vehicles. These components require exceptional reliability and performance for efficient drive control. As the largest production base in this field in Japan, NiKKi Fron produces a variety of products tailored to the specific purposes of sports cars, large vehicles, and industrial vehicles, and is adopted by all domestic automobile manufacturers. Additionally, in the realm of brake components, which demand high reliability, our products are used in a wide range of applications, including automotive brake pads and insulation materials for Shinkansen (bullet trains), providing safety and comfort. Leveraging our expertise in durable phenolic resins and molding technology, we are also developing FRP for new fields, as well as brake peripheral components that combine insulation and noise absorption functions. NiKKi Fron Co., Ltd. is one of the few specialized manufacturers with an integrated in-house production system for fluoropolymer application products, primarily focusing on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and is committed to creating products that meet advanced industrial needs. To respond to increasingly diverse and complex demands, we established the Shiga factory in 2000, equipped with a clean room (Class 1000) and pure water ultrasonic cleaning facilities, thereby enhancing our production capacity and building a rigorous quality control system. Currently, we cover the entire country with a two-base system consisting of the Omachi factory and the Shiga factory, boasting one of the largest production scales for PTFE products in Japan. NiKKi Fron has established an integrated in-house production system that encompasses everything from the design of fluoropolymer application products to material molding, sintering, processing, and product completion.
