Business Activities
■In-Mold Decoration In-mold decoration is a technology for molding resin materials that are colored in metallic or piano black. It achieves high design quality without secondary processing such as painting. The surface is free of orange peel texture, reaching a level that surpasses traditional painting! Furthermore, it expands the in-mold decoration technology to patterned designs and two-shot molding, proposing new decorative options. This significantly reduces costs and minimizes CO2 and VOC emissions during the manufacturing process. Molds are also produced in-house. We can accommodate from prototype development.
