● This is a device that cleans sludge and debris that has settled and accumulated on the inner surface of oil storage tanks using high pressure. ● Cleaning solution is sprayed from the nozzle tip to dissolve the deposits. ● The spray distance of the cleaning solution reaches approximately 20 meters at a supply pressure of 0.7 MPa. ● To avoid explosion accidents caused by vaporized gases inside the tank, all rotation and motion control is managed by air, with no electricity used at all. ● The nozzle tip rotates in both horizontal and vertical directions simultaneously on two axes, allowing for more efficient spraying of the cleaning solution over a wider area. ● The angles of the upper and lower nozzles can be limited to specific ranges, such as 135 degrees upward or 45 degrees downward, enabling targeted spraying. ◎ For more details, please contact us.

The components that require the highest precision in mechanical parts are shafts and flanges driven at high rotation speeds. Our company manufactures these using an integrated in-house process that includes NC lathes, machining centers, heat treatment, and polishing. We guarantee tolerances of up to 0.01, with work sizes up to φ500×800. The materials used include SS, S45C, SCM415, SCM435, SUS303, SUS304, SUS420J2, SUS3016, SK3, and SKD11, as well as heat-treated materials.

【Introduction of Equipment】In wire cutting, we introduce the "Wire Cut Electric Discharge Large Processing α-1iC," which was implemented to meet the high demand from customers for wire processing of large workpieces. This machine is managed and installed in the temperature-controlled room of our second factory, ensuring stable precision. It is equipped with 20-kilogram wire rolls and large processing tanks, allowing us to flexibly handle everything from small to large workpieces. 【Equipment Introduction】In the various types of grinding, we introduce the "NC Precision Form Grinding Machine EPG-S52," which is equipped with full options on the Nagase Index surface grinding machine. This machine utilizes NC technology to program grinding wheel dressing for R-shaped and V-shaped profiles, as well as groove grinding and step processing. Additionally, the grinding wheel spindle employs a high-power motor with an oil hydrostatic spindle, automatic temperature management for operating oil and grinding fluid, and a device called Balance Doctor that maintains balance during the rotation of the grinding wheel through computer control, allowing for grinding in optimal conditions. [Introduction to Equipment] In recent years, we have received many requests for large workpieces, such as bases for machining jigs, at our machining center. To meet customer demands for short delivery times, we are introducing the "Machining Center VM7III." This machine has the largest stroke among our machining equipment, with a processing range of X1530 and Y740. Additionally, it uses oil-based cutting fluid, and the oil is sprayed from the tip of the cutting tool, making it suitable for deep drilling of difficult-to-machine materials like stainless steel. 【Introduction of Equipment】In our lathe processing, we introduce our newest machine, the "High Rigidity High Precision CNC Lathe NL2500y/700," which was created with the concept of "a CNC lathe equipped with genuine milling capabilities." This machine features a high-power Y-axis function with a built-in motor turret, allowing processes such as milling and drilling, which were previously performed on machining centers, to be completed in one chucking, successfully reducing delivery times. For the installation of the machine, we also conducted foundation work to a depth of 3 meters to fully demonstrate its rigidity and maintain stable precision.
