Furthermore, we can provide a consistent manufacturing process from material procurement to various machining, hardening, internal and external polishing, plating, and assembly, making us a strong company for small-lot processing of various types. We can process even a single unit. We accommodate a variety of materials, including general steel, special metals, SUS, aluminum, and plastics. Pre-shipment inspections are conducted with the latest three-dimensional measuring instruments in a temperature-controlled inspection room, ensuring particularly strict quality checks. In terms of progress and delivery management, we use a barcode system to monitor progress in real-time, enabling us to respond quickly to delivery inquiries.
