■Parts Feeder This device aligns a large number of workpieces in the same direction and posture through vibration and supplies them to the next process machines (assembly machines, packaging machines, inspection machines, etc.). If you have difficulties with transporting challenging workpieces, please feel free to contact us. ■Return Feeder This is used for small workpieces or when sufficient ground area cannot be secured. While it is compact and low-cost, it has the disadvantage of not having high discharge capacity. ■Image Processing Inspection Device A camera is installed on the parts feeder to inspect the workpieces simultaneously while aligning and discharging them. This contributes to reducing production costs by shortening work time and improving inspection accuracy. ■Automatic Parts Supply Device This device integrates a parts feeder that aligns and discharges workpieces with the next process machines (assembly, packaging, boxing, bagging, counting, etc.), allowing for miniaturization of the machinery and improved operational stability. ■Filling Machine By utilizing Shinwa Giken's parts feeder technology in the transport section and automating the supply section, we have achieved labor-saving efficiency. Furthermore, by standardizing, it has become a structure with excellent cost performance. ■Tools and Jigs We design and manufacture various types of tools and jigs.
