Free membership registrationSince springs tend to tangle easily and can obstruct alignment, we will install a spring separator (spring disassembler) in the parts feeder to separate the springs before aligning and discharging them. The separated springs will shoot out vigorously from the spring separator and bounce, so we will cover the upper part near the discharge outlet with an acrylic cover to prevent them from flying out of the bowl.

The circuit board is one of the workpieces that is very difficult to determine its orientation and front/back, but this issue has been resolved by using a camera-based image processing system. The status of the circuit board determination through image processing is displayed on a monitor in real-time, allowing the operator to check it live. The management of the workpieces on the chute is constantly monitored by sensors, and if there is an excess supply of workpieces, the parts feeder will temporarily stop to minimize unnecessary vibrations and drive.

Free membership registrationThis is a type of automatic alignment parts supply device equipped with an image processing inspection system that performs assembly, inspection, alignment, and discharge of fluorescent lamp socket terminals, which are the workpieces, all in one machine. It removes resin burrs attached to the workpieces, drills two holes in the center, and rivets pins. After the assembly work is completed, it uses the image processing inspection system to check whether there are any burrs left on the fluorescent lamp socket and whether the hole positions are correct, sorting good and defective workpieces into separate containers for discharge.
