This is a versatile parts feeder that supports four types of terminals (connectors) by replacing some components such as attachments. After alignment, it supplies the parts to the next machine with printing done by a laser marker. Additionally, it is capable of counting the number of discharged workpieces using a counter function.

This is a high-speed processing type parts feeder capable of producing 100 workpieces per minute. Measures have been taken against the characteristics of plastic workpieces, which are prone to static electricity, through bowl peening treatment and an electrostatic removal device (ionizer).

Since springs tend to tangle easily and can obstruct alignment, we will install a spring separator (spring disassembler) in the parts feeder to separate the springs before aligning and discharging them. The separated springs will shoot out vigorously from the spring separator and bounce, so we will cover the upper part near the discharge outlet with an acrylic cover to prevent them from flying out of the bowl.

We received a request from the customer for a space-saving type of parts feeder that automatically aligns and discharges resin parts and special nuts, so we produced it using a return feeder.

Due to the layout of the factory's production line, we use a very long, L-shaped, special straight feeder. Additionally, the main body of the parts feeder is surrounded by a large acrylic cover for noise reduction during operation and for the safety of the workers.

Automatically aligns and discharges transparent plastic containers for food-related use. Since high supply capacity is required, larger-sized hoppers and linear feeders are installed. The areas that come into contact with the workpieces are made entirely of SUS (stainless steel) for hygiene reasons.

This parts feeder automatically aligns the direction and posture of the workpiece, which is a circuit board, and discharges it to the next machine in a consistent manner. The circuit board is one of the workpieces that is very difficult to determine its orientation and front/back, but this issue has been resolved by using a camera-based image processing system. The status of the circuit board determination through image processing is displayed on a monitor in real-time, allowing the operator to check it live. The management of the workpieces on the chute is constantly monitored by sensors, and if there is an excess supply of workpieces, the parts feeder will temporarily stop to minimize unnecessary vibrations and drive.

We propose a parts feeder for automotive components equipped with a soundproof cover. To address one of the issues faced by parts feeders, namely noise, we have manufactured it in a full-cover format that almost entirely encloses the parts feeder with a soundproof cover. The thickness of the soundproof cover can be adjusted according to the customer's installation environment, the type and characteristics of the workpieces, and the soundproofing standards. At Shinwa Giken, we have accumulated extensive experience in the automatic alignment of workpieces for automotive components, particularly in electronic control systems (resin gears). This time, leveraging that experience, we have ensured not only quality but also cost-effectiveness, keeping the overall structure simple to stabilize operation and create a parts feeder with fewer troubles.

This is a type of automatic alignment parts supply device equipped with an image processing inspection system that performs assembly, inspection, alignment, and discharge of fluorescent lamp socket terminals, which are the workpieces, all in one machine. It removes resin burrs attached to the workpieces, drills two holes in the center, and rivets pins. After the assembly work is completed, it uses the image processing inspection system to check whether there are any burrs left on the fluorescent lamp socket and whether the hole positions are correct, sorting good and defective workpieces into separate containers for discharge.

This is a parts feeder that aligns and discharges the head portion of an air spray nozzle in a specific direction, cutting out one piece at the tip and sending it to an assembly machine. The direction of the nozzle head is determined using a directional judgment by an image camera at the cutting location. To accommodate various shapes of nozzle heads, this parts feeder is of a universal type.
