We have developed an ultra-high precision spray technology that can maintain the reproducibility of discharge flow rate to within 1% or less, thanks to our independently developed flow control technology, DLCS.
We are a manufacturer specializing in spray coaters for the micro-dispensing field. Based on our extensive experience in application and process development, we aim to achieve high-quality thin film coatings that are impossible with conventional spray coaters. We have a proven track record in anti-fingerprint coatings for touch panels, AR/AG coatings, and electrode material coatings for fuel cells/MEAs. If you have technical challenges with your current coatings, please feel free to contact us. We have a mass production system permanently installed in our technology lab, which can also be used for customer prototypes and process development (for substrate sizes within 600mm x 400mm).
