Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. exhibited at 'ProPak Asia' held in Thailand. At this exhibition, we introduced "high-performance polyamide resin MX nylon" and "gas barrier adhesive resin Maxeve." The "gas barrier adhesive resin Maxeve" is a two-component epoxy resin with excellent gas barrier properties, while the "high-performance polyamide resin MX nylon" demonstrates outstanding barrier properties against oxygen and carbon dioxide, and is widely used in various packaging materials, including films and bottles. We introduced laminate materials for printed circuit boards and chemical solutions for fine wiring. In addition to low thermal expansion BT materials for semiconductor packages that enable low warpage and thin layers, we showcased low transmission loss BT materials for high-frequency applications, entry sheets for mechanical drilling, and chemical solutions for fine circuit patterns.
