Cutting defects such as burrs in electrode cutting can lead to short circuits and a decline in electrode quality. Our company leverages its experience and know-how from supplying blades to other fields and cutting various electrode materials to optimize not only blade design but also cutting conditions and methods, contributing to problem-solving with a comprehensive proposal. 2. Cost reduction through our unique joining technology! Our proprietary joining technology allows for the bonding of rare metals only to the cutting edges necessary for cutting, proposing blades with minimized initial costs. Since it is not brazing, it does not use metals like copper, preventing the risk of short circuits in electrodes. Additionally, by reducing the amount of rare metals used, we create environmentally friendly products. 3. Reduced downtime through increased longevity with carbide! By adopting our joining technology, it becomes possible to use wear-resistant carbide. This leads to improved productivity by maintaining good cutting surfaces for longer and reducing downtime. We will confirm the workpiece and processing conditions and conduct cutting tests using in-house testing machines to propose suitable blade specifications and cutting methods.
