Traditionally, "channel cuts" were processed using routers or press methods such as slotters, but this machine uses a circular saw to process "channel cuts." - The inner corners of the channel can be processed with sharp angles instead of rounded edges. (Even with processing by a circular saw, there are no rounded edges or slit marks left on the corners.) - The processing is completed in 15 seconds per shot, (the processing time remains stable regardless of material thickness.)
