Business Activities

The business involves welding and sheet metal processing of heavy electrical equipment, including distribution boards (cubicles) and all related tasks concerning welding and sheet metal. We specialize in large-scale, low-volume products, particularly large fabricated sheet metal for distribution boards (cubicles), large angle frames, and platforms. We handle everything from design to processing, welding assembly, and painting for frameworks composed of steel plates, angles, and channels, as well as associated doors, roofs, side panels, and bases. With well-equipped machinery capable of handling 5'×10' sizes, we also maintain high precision in manual processing, earning long-standing trust and patronage from our customers. During the connection of 10-panel distribution boards (e.g., W800*10 panels = 8,000mm), we can achieve an overall length accuracy of ±2mm. Our main products include outdoor cubicles, indoor cubicles, load centers, control centers, various distribution boards, control panels, operation panels, information display panels, monitoring panels, desk-type operation panels, and other heavy electrical equipment, as well as general sheet metal products. In recent years, we have focused heavily on platforms. We offer not only painting but also hot-dip galvanizing. We also perform hole drilling and tapping processing after galvanizing.
