We would like to introduce the robot wear-resistant hand 'MK-GRIP' handled by Matsushita Industrial Co., Ltd. It has been proven that there are no tears for two months in our in-house sand mold testing. Furthermore, with a heat resistance of 200°C, it solves the problem of wanting to grip high-temperature workpieces. We offer a lineup of "GR-19-CB," "GR-22-CB," "GR-25-CB," and "GR-31-CB," each with different recommended inner diameters for workpieces. 【GR-19-CB Specifications】 ■ Recommended inner diameter for workpieces (mm): 20–23 ■ Recommended handling weight (g): 4000 ■ Maximum air pressure (Mpa): 0.2 mps ■ Rubber material: Silicone ■ Body material: Duralumin (anodized) ■ Recommended temperature (°C): 10°C–200°C *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "file" is an essential item for the deburring work at the neutron house. However, since this "file" is used daily, the cost of consumables adds up significantly. I thought we had to do something about this, which led to the direct import from China. It was quite challenging because we had to order a large quantity at once, but when I mentioned to a nearby competitor, "This is how we are reducing our consumable costs," they expressed interest in wanting to buy some. I said, "Sure, we can share since we are in the same boat," and that’s how this "file sales" started. Since then, we have been importing and commercializing other essential items such as work gloves, deburring stones, wire brushes, saw blades, and hot melt adhesives. We will continue to increase the range of necessary products and strive to be of service to everyone. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationAt Matsushita Industries, we have been engaged in mold casting since before it became widely adopted in the casting industry, and we have accumulated know-how up to the present day. The mold casting method, also known as the cloning method, is a casting technique used to shape the internal space of cast products. It involves creating a shell core made from a mixture of silica sand and thermosetting resin, which is then filled with molten metal and broken down to finish the product. Compared to traditional casting methods, mold casting produces a beautiful surface finish and allows for high dimensional accuracy, making it an essential technology for the manufacture of automotive engines and precision cast items. Additionally, it enables mass production of homogeneous products, expands design flexibility, and simplifies manufacturing processes, resulting in achievements in production systems and cost reduction.
