As methods for improving the internal quality of aluminum die casting, vacuum casting, local pressure (squeeze) method, solidification casting method, and chill venting are known, but they are not universal. The reason for this is believed to be that gas, which is agitated and finely dispersed within the plunger sleeve, cannot be removed. We propose weight reduction through the material conversion to "magnesium alloy" from aluminum components and others. We address challenges such as strong vibrations affecting the equipment, which lead to an increased number of reinforcement parts in the case of aluminum. By switching to magnesium, we achieved significant weight reduction. Our company offers three proposals: "weight reduction," "vibration reduction," and "material substitution with a single wooden mold." While the cost of the individual target parts has increased, we successfully reduced reinforcement parts and achieved the intended weight reduction through material substitution.
