We are a company skilled in various precision machining, including the manufacture of orthopedic surgical instruments, artificial joints, dental surgical instruments, holders for cutting tools, aircraft parts, marine parts, and generator parts, as well as collaborative development through industry-academia-government partnerships. We also excel in processing materials such as titanium alloys, cobalt chrome, SUS, and resins. To meet the diverse needs of our customers, including difficult machining, small lot production, and other product development, our skilled technicians and designers work diligently every day. Business Activities
1. Medical Devices Division We are engaged in contract manufacturing of orthopedic surgical instruments, implants, dental instruments, and more for our customers. We hold certifications for medical device manufacturing, medical device sales, medical device repair, and ISO 13485. 2. Tools Division We manufacture cutting tool holders for major tool manufacturers as OEM. 3. Industrial Division We produce aircraft parts, power generation components, static elimination device parts, marine equipment parts, and various other precision machining. 4. Others Recently, we have been actively working on planning and selling our own products made from materials such as titanium.
