Vacuum casting is a suitable method for producing multiple identical models (parts) in small lots. Compared to the process of creating and molding a mold, it offers shorter lead times and lower costs. If you find yourself in situations like "there's no time to create a mold," "the mold cost is high relative to the production lot size," or "we just need a shape for now," please consider manufacturing prototype models and parts using vacuum casting. It is also possible to proceed with casting in parallel with mold creation, allowing for delivery in the order of cast products to molded products. Insert casting and colored casting have received positive feedback from customers in various fields. Light shaping is a method of solidifying a photosensitive liquid resin (SCR735, TSR821) by irradiating specific areas with ultraviolet laser to create a three-dimensional model. Compared to machining methods such as cutting, it allows for the rapid creation of models at a low cost. Additionally, powder modeling (powder sintering additive manufacturing) involves irradiating and sintering specific areas of powder material (Nylon 12) with a CO2 laser to produce a three-dimensional model. While the cost is somewhat higher than light-shaped products, it excels in weather resistance, durability, and heat resistance (heat resistance range: 160-180°C). Primarily, we use aluminum materials (YH75 - hardness comparable to steel) instead of steel for mold materials, adopting simple molds and cassette molds. Additionally, for areas that typically require a sliding structure, we employ a fixed insert method.
