RISHOLITE low thermal expansion and high elasticity glass epoxy laminated boards are available in ES-3350S, ES-3351S, and ES-3351S (black type). ES-3350S is a low thermal expansion, high elasticity glass cloth epoxy laminated board. It has a high bending modulus, resulting in minimal deflection, warping, and twisting. ES-3351S is a low thermal expansion and high elasticity material that is halogen-free, antimony-free, and red phosphorus-free. It is also suitable as core material for rigid flexible printed circuit boards. ES-3351S (black type) excels in UV and infrared opacity and has good punch processing characteristics. RISHOLITE high-temperature resistant glass-based epoxy resin laminates include ES-3520 and ES-3260. ES-3520 is an unclad board developed with high-temperature resistant epoxy resin technology that Rishou Industry takes pride in, and it has a proven track record as a material for printed circuit boards, commonly known as "Black G-10." It is particularly well-regarded for its low degradation over long periods at high temperatures. It is used in applications such as copiers, ticket vending machines, and printers, where temperatures close to 200°C are encountered during the manufacturing process. ES-3260 is a glass cloth epoxy resin laminate that has received ANSI Grade G-11 certification within Rishou's high-temperature resistant series, classified as heat-resistant Class H (180°C). RISHOLITE glass substrate epoxy resin laminated boards (thin and thick plates) include ES-3230 and ES-3350N. ES-3230 is a representative glass cloth epoxy resin laminated board of ANSI standard G-10. It demonstrates the highest level of performance in heat resistance, electrical properties, and mechanical strength among laminated boards. It excels in chemical resistance, particularly against alkalies. It is applicable for thicknesses up to 20 mm, and for thicknesses of 21 mm or more, the part number changes to ES-3130. ES-3350N is a flame-retardant type glass substrate epoxy resin laminated board of ANSI standard FR-4, with the same part number for both thin and thick plates. Its UL flame class is 94V-0. It is also used as an insulating material in home appliances where safety is a priority, such as rice cookers and ovens. There is also ES-3351, a halogen-free material of FR-4 grade, which achieves UL flame class 94V-0 without using bromine (halogens) in consideration of environmental issues. RISHOLITE glass substrate (composite) epoxy resin laminates include ES-3753K and ES-3440. ES-3753K is a CEM uncoated board (thin sheet) made from a combination of glass cloth and glass non-woven fabric, and it is an epoxy resin composite board. The glass substrate epoxy resin laminate is a VA product that excels in processability for punching and other processing. Additionally, there is the CEM-3 type ES-3753KP, which uses a thinner glass cloth for improved processability, and the CME-3 type ES-3753KJ, which uses ultra-thin glass cloth. The ES-3711, composed solely of glass non-woven fabric, has better punching processability than the CEM-3 type. ES-3440 is a unique composition by Risholite that alternates between glass roving fabric and glass non-woven fabric, further blended with functional fillers, resulting in the best arc resistance and tracking resistance epoxy resin composite board. Moreover, due to manufacturing innovations, it achieves the same cost as polyester glass roving fabric. It is a flame-retardant certified product for railway vehicle materials (3mm). RISHOLITE PS-3753 is a unique product from Rishou that uses phenolic resin instead of epoxy resin in the CEM-3 uncore board ES-3753K for glass substrate phenolic resin laminate. It is a groundbreaking glass composite laminate with the highest VA effect compared to PS-3130A, which only uses glass cloth. RISHOLITE fabric-based phenolic resin laminated boards (thin and thick) include PS-2162 and PS-2266. PS-2162 is a type that can be cold punched using fine thread fabric among fabric-based materials. Its significant features include superior mechanical strength, especially impact resistance, compared to paper-based materials, making it suitable for areas subjected to vibration and shock. PS-2266 is a phenolic laminated board made from fabric (canvas) using thick thread among brocade materials, and it is ideal as a wear-resistant material for applications with large loads, such as bearings. While monomer cast nylon is commonly used as a wear-resistant material, PS-2266 excels in heat resistance, compressive strength, impact resistance, and water absorption compared to nylon. RISHOLITE paper-based phenolic epoxy resin laminates (thin sheets) include the PS-1131 series and the PS-1143 series. The PS-1131 series is a best-selling paper phenolic laminate for cold punching, known for its balanced performance and excellent punch processing capabilities. PS-1131A is a VA product that has successfully reduced costs by using high-impregnation craft paper. PS-1131S is an improved type with enhanced moisture resistance, suitable for carbon-coated substrates such as variable resistors. In the PS-1143 series, there are the semi-cold PS-1143S, which has a punching temperature of 60-90°C, and the hot punching PS-1143L, which uses bleached craft paper and has a punching temperature of 80-120°C. It has minimal softening or strength degradation at high temperatures, with fluorescent lamp terminal boards being one of its representative applications. Although it is exposed to high temperatures when bonding aluminum caps with terminals to glass tubes, PS-1143 excels in hot strength and does not bend the terminals. RISHOLITE paper-based phenolic resin laminate (thick board) is widely used as an industrial material with balanced performance in electrical insulation, strength, and heat resistance, offering excellent cost performance. The laminate is created by applying and impregnating resin onto a substrate made of paper or fabric, and then drying it to produce prepreg. The prepreg is stacked in multiple layers according to the desired thickness and is fully cured by heating and applying pressure in a press machine.
