RISHOLITE glass substrate epoxy resin laminated boards (thin and thick plates) include ES-3230 and ES-3350N. ES-3230 is a representative glass cloth epoxy resin laminated board of ANSI standard G-10. It demonstrates the highest level of performance in heat resistance, electrical properties, and mechanical strength among laminated boards. It excels in chemical resistance, particularly against alkalies. It is applicable for thicknesses up to 20 mm, and for thicknesses of 21 mm or more, the part number changes to ES-3130. ES-3350N is a flame-retardant type glass substrate epoxy resin laminated board of ANSI standard FR-4, with the same part number for both thin and thick plates. Its UL flame class is 94V-0. It is also used as an insulating material in home appliances where safety is a priority, such as rice cookers and ovens. There is also ES-3351, a halogen-free material of FR-4 grade, which achieves UL flame class 94V-0 without using bromine (halogens) in consideration of environmental issues.
