Kyoei Sangyo is a specialized manufacturer of precision machining with a long history of over half a century. Through the expansion and development of production technology based on a mass production system at the first factory, we have established a new variant and variable production system, advancing the centralization of various high-precision machining centers at the second, third, fourth, and fifth factories. We have gained high trust in advanced machining technology fields, including those related to LCD and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, machining of engine parts for automobile racing, development and prototyping of new products, and processing of new materials. The mass production division produces automotive parts and compressor parts for car air conditioning systems using our own rationalized production lines developed in-house. Based on the mass production machining know-how accumulated over many years and a production system enhanced with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery), we provide high-quality precision parts consistently, contributing to the rationalization of corporate production.
