• Processing Contract

We are engaged in the processing of development prototypes and spare parts for automobile engine blocks, cylinder heads, transmission cases, valves, and suspension components.

• Engine parts

We have installed five large five-sided machining machines manufactured by Shin Nihon Koki, and we are processing various large parts.

• Other machine tools

We perform high-precision machining of development prototypes and small-lot production items for various industries using approximately 20 simultaneous 5-axis controlled machining centers in sizes of 1000■, 630■, and 500■.

• Other machine tools

Since the introduction of the first simultaneous 5-axis control machining center in August 1998, Kyowa Sangyo Co., Ltd. has focused on the advantages and developmental potential of general-purpose horizontal machining centers, actively investing in 5-axis control machining centers to improve customer satisfaction in Q, C, and D. In 2002, we completed the first series production. We aim to assist in development by processing high-quality products more cheaply and quickly.
