Watanabe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. adopts the QDC (Quick Die Change) system to meet the demands for small-lot production of various types, short delivery times, and low costs. If the size fits within standard specifications, please utilize our system that offers blank dies at a clear and simple set fee. Of course, we also manufacture progressive dies using standard die sets. Most of our product sizes are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, focusing primarily on stamping operations. Additionally, we handle a wide range of materials, from thin to thick (0.1mm to 12mm), including general metals and electrical insulating materials. The QDC system plays a crucial role in our small-lot production of various types. As a result, all setups are completed within 10 minutes, and we manufacture and sell approximately 3,000 products (ranging from 50 to 1 million units) each month.
