In the field of manufacturing, various innovations are born, and many groundbreaking ideas emerge. Amidst this, many companies are shifting their production bases from Japan to overseas, leading to the hollowing out of domestic industries and a significant decrease in the young industrial workforce. As a result, there are concerns that essential and important fundamentals of the manufacturing industry that supported Japan, as well as the techniques and methods that should be passed down, may be interrupted or lost. Watanabe Manufacturing Company aims to inherit the passionate spirit and willingness to challenge that many predecessors cultivated in "monozukuri" (the art of making things), as well as the refreshing sense of fairness when facing "things," and connect it to the next generation. Watanabe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in a rice-growing area with a rich natural environment, specifically in a region of Niigata Prefecture that experiences little snowfall. With the motto "From Niigata to all of Japan, and to the world!" all employees are dedicated to production activities in (1) press mold design and manufacturing, (2) press processing, and (3) assembly processing, with a determination to "keep the fire of manufacturing alive."
