Our products are transformers designed primarily for use at frequencies of 50/60Hz, utilizing oriented electrical steel sheets and non-oriented electrical steel sheets. Single-phase 100/200V and three-phase 200V are commonly used, but custom products of 300V or 400V are also available depending on the application. This product is a planar transformer that supports high frequencies of 400 to 500 kHz. A few years ago, we received an inquiry from a power supply development manufacturer asking if we could create a transformer that could handle high frequencies using the edgewise technology of pulse rectangular wire, and we began development. In terms of gap processing, we can accommodate thickness specifications and AL value specifications, which has received great acclaim for both transformers and core processing alone. If disassembly confirmation is required for transformers that comply with safety standards such as UL, IEC, and CSA, we can also provide them as non-impregnated products (white coils).
