Machida Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been consistently manufacturing "gears" for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, forklifts, automobiles, large printing machines, etc., from material procurement to finished products since its establishment in 1945. We achieve high-precision processing using various machine tools, including hobbers, gear shapers, broaching machines, and shaving machines, as well as NC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines, and multi-tasking machines, and we provide comprehensive support from prototype development to mass production. We flexibly respond to detailed requirements such as spur gears, helical gears, and internal gears with a module size of approximately 1 to 8, as well as crowning processes.
