Daisan Co., Ltd. has been involved in the manufacturing of plastic filters since the early Heisei period. Initially, plastic filters were assembled products made from different materials for the mesh part and the frame, making it very difficult to recycle them separately. We felt a deep sense of regret that products we had brought to market were turning into waste that polluted the environment. Therefore, we considered whether it was possible to create a filter with an integrated molding of the mesh part and the frame. Since then, we have continued our research and development, and fortunately, we were inspired by Daisan's unique plastic injection molding technology called "induction band," which enabled us to complete a filter with the mesh part and frame made from the same material. Since then, we have applied this "induction band" technology to produce many environmentally friendly products, such as the [Slider Board], [Slider Stock], [Thin Tray], and [Daisan Eco Box]. Moving forward, we will continue to utilize Daisan's technology to meet your needs, provide assistance, and develop products that contribute to environmental protection.
