Mugen Kogyo Co., Ltd. was established in January 2001 as a sole proprietorship (MGN Kogyo) and smoothly transitioned to a limited company in August of the same year. This is entirely due to the warm support of everyone, for which we are deeply grateful. It is often said that a company is its people. Each of the sheet metal techniques that support Mugen Kogyo Co., Ltd. today corresponds to each of our employees, and nurturing people is synonymous with nurturing the company. I believe that people and companies are connected by "relationships." Throughout our lives, we encounter thousands and tens of thousands of people. Among them, only a handful work together in the same workplace, helping, encouraging, and laughing together, all aiming for the same goal of pursuing profit. I believe that people connected by "relationships" respect each other and engage in proactive production activities. Although I am a person of limited knowledge and ability, I intend to leverage my past experiences to uphold a customer satisfaction philosophy and work diligently with sincerity.
