At Takamura Industrial Co., Ltd., we perform surface treatment for various plating processes, including zinc plating, copper plating, and bright nickel plating. By incorporating 15% nickel, we have increased surface hardness and maintained strength. Additionally, due to the thin film, we can achieve high gauge quality. Furthermore, we have an automatic line for zinc-nickel alloy plating, enabling mass production with delivery times comparable to zinc plating. 【Features】 ■ High nickel content with excellent corrosion resistance ■ Capable of prototype to mass production in static baths ■ Uniform thin film with high quality ■ No deformation due to heat even in thin sheet products ■ Increased surface hardness and maintained strength by incorporating 15% nickel *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe aim to create competitive products by reducing total manufacturing costs without compromising current specifications. We will eliminate the disadvantages of existing materials and surface treatments. With zinc-nickel alloy plating, the processing temperature is around 20°C, which eliminates the risk of deformation due to heat in thin sheet products. Since it is electroplating, there is no sagging of the plating film, ensuring a uniform coating. Due to its thin film, gauge quality is high, and thickness can be managed widely from 3 to 12 μm to match specifications and products. We achieve short lead times equivalent to zinc plating, and masking is unnecessary. The thin film also stabilizes gauge quality, demonstrating high corrosion resistance across the entire product perimeter, and by including 15% nickel, surface hardness is increased. It maintains strength even under repeated fitting. We recommend using inexpensive steel plates as the material. Dramatic cost reductions are achieved with zinc-nickel alloy plating!! Using steel plates improves workability and increases productivity!! For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
