Ichigen Metal (EMICO) was founded in 1984, established a factory in China in 2002, and expanded a lost-wax precision casting factory in Taiwan in 2012, obtaining certifications such as API-607 fire safety certification, AGA certification (Australian Gas Association certification), TA-Luft Fugitive Emission Certificate, UL/CUL Approval Cryogenic Test Approval, and ATEX. We manufacture complex-shaped parts using precision casting methods and offer precision machining services. The cryogenic ball valves produced by Ichigen Metal Industry (EMICO) are designed for low temperatures and can be used down to -104°C. They are suitable for applications involving liquid gases such as brine and liquefied carbon dioxide. To reduce the impact of fluid temperature on the gland area, a long bonnet type is standardly adopted, making insulation work easy. Additionally, we can manufacture products certified for high-pressure gas with a short lead time. The standard specification is oil-free and water-free. The trunnion ball valve prevents the ball from being forcibly pressed against the secondary seat due to pressure fluctuations in the fluid or foreign object entrapment. As a result, the lifespan of each component, especially the ball seat, is extended, and the opening and closing can be operated easily even under pressure. The screw-in ball valves from Ichigen Metal Industry (EMICO) adopt a ball valve structure, resulting in low fluid resistance and easy opening and closing with a 90° rotation of the handle (1/4 turn). The materials in contact with the fluid are SUS and PTFE, which provide excellent corrosion resistance, and the low number of components contributes to superior cost performance. Additionally, the compact valve shape allows for installation in tight spaces. The flanged ball valves from Ichigen Metal Industry (EMICO) have a straight flow path without any liquid pockets, which means there is almost no energy loss when the fluid passes through the valve. The valve seat that shuts off the fluid is made of Teflon, which is rich in airtightness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
