Various processing can be performed using roll transport in a vacuum. It is mainly suitable for drying the electrodes of secondary batteries and is effective in reducing takt time and improving processing quality. Of course, it also accommodates various processing of high-performance films and flexible materials other than secondary batteries. Continuous uniform heat drying and other various processes are carried out in a vacuum environment, with a transport speed of up to 1000 mm/sec.
