The VDOS series of vacuum heating drying ovens is designed for dry room specifications and metal contamination prevention, providing a drying oven capable of flexible vacuum, heating, and cooling control through processing recipe settings. It can be used for applications such as drying the electrodes of secondary batteries, as well as food and pharmaceuticals. We offer a wide variety of equipment options, ranging from manual operation types for standalone (vacuum drying oven only) work for loading and unloading, to fully automated mass production types equipped with multi-stage vacuum drying ovens and automatic conveyors, including stockers (work storage shelves) to provide the most suitable equipment for our customers. Various processing can be performed using roll transport in a vacuum. It is mainly suitable for drying the electrodes of secondary batteries and is effective in reducing takt time and improving processing quality. Of course, it also accommodates various processing of high-performance films and flexible materials other than secondary batteries. Continuous uniform heat drying and other various processes are carried out in a vacuum environment, with a transport speed of up to 1000 mm/sec. Exhaust gases can be measured in real-time, and moisture content measurement is also possible.

We propose offline and inline devices for leak testing of electrolytic solutions using a special gas sensor combined with a vacuum chamber.
