Toyo Bolt Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has 18 production lines for various micro screws and JCIS small screws, making it the largest in the Kanto region centered around Tokyo. In particular, the 18 production assembly lines for Sems screws equipped with rolling machines possess the know-how to automatically insert spring washers and flat washers onto the axis (magic fitting), and they conduct automatic inspections while the screws are flowing through the chute, providing high quality and cost performance to the company and maintaining strong competitiveness. The other five lines can manufacture complex multi-stage screws, and we are looking forward to your orders. We also manufacture rivets in various shapes.
