Supports high-difficulty molding with 50% glass fiber! A case that achieved zero end claims for approximately 12 years.

We would like to introduce a case where our company produced molds and performed injection molding in response to the challenge that there were no molding factories capable of handling a very high glass fiber content of 50%. We optimized the mold structure and molding conditions to address issues such as appearance defects caused by gas generation and burr formation, achieving the appearance standards and improving yield. Even after approximately 12 years of long-term mass production, despite the occurrence of appearance defects, we achieved zero end complaints through regular updates to the inspection items for molds and during molding. We will introduce a case that achieved a gold-like appearance through the balance of the color of the molded product and the painting.

This is a case where we received a request to make something look gold, but due to the high cost of gold plating, securing the budget was difficult, so we wanted to find another way to achieve a gold appearance. We went through trial and error to ensure that it looked gold from the outside and made it appear gold when assembled as a product.
