Our company has a production system based on machining centers, NC lathes, milling machines, CAD/CAM, and more, allowing us to machine various materials such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, resin, MC nylon, and Bakelite to manufacture rubber molds, jigs, tools, and general parts. In particular, for rubber molds, we can accept CAD data (DXF, IGES) via the internet, and we design and manufacture all types of rubber molds, from compression molds to injection molds, and from prototypes to mass production molds (NC data is created in-house). We are a flexible company and accept orders starting from one piece. We also accommodate short delivery times. We welcome both individuals and corporations. We can create anything in the hobby field, such as RC parts.
