Specially shaped processing parts can be manufactured by processing metal pipes into a spiral shape. Compared to straight pipes, they have higher resistance to external pressure and can change flow rate and velocity. Hole-punched processing parts can create various holes at any location by punching through the metal pipe from the inside to the outside. The hole-punching process from the inside to the outside results in a cut edge (exit) with a fracture surface and burrs on the outside, making the processing of these burrs easier. Previously, it was considered impossible to perform drawing processing on stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of over 2mm, but by using a press die specification, the versatility of stainless steel pipes has significantly increased. Free membership registrationThe joint system processes the pipe ends with a nodular bulge and connects steel pipes with a screw-type joint. The processing of the steel pipes requires only the nodular bulge treatment, eliminating the need for welding or other processes, and the screw-type joint allows for easy attachment and detachment. This shortens the time required for tasks such as pipe cleaning, and the system features a sealed lock at the nodular bulge. Previously considered impossible, the reduction process for stainless pipes with a wall thickness exceeding 2mm has become feasible, significantly enhancing the versatility of stainless pipes by using a press mold specification. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Free membership registrationThe ribbed processed steel pipe features significant cost reduction through press processing, seismic resistance, buffering of thermal contraction, vibration and noise suppression, and ease of bending during construction. Until now, it was considered impossible to perform drawing processing on stainless pipes with a wall thickness exceeding 2mm, but by adopting a press mold specification, the versatility of stainless pipes has dramatically increased. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Free membership registrationThe common understanding in press die manufacturing was "one die, one product." This time, we have developed a press die system that enables "one die, multiple products" processing. By replacing processing parts, which are components of the press die, for each item of metal pipes (pipe diameter, wall thickness, material), various drawing shapes, and hole shapes, processing can be achieved. The drawing process for stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness exceeding 2mm, which was previously considered impossible, has now become feasible with the specifications of the press die, significantly enhancing the versatility of stainless steel pipes. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
