Specially shaped processing parts can be manufactured by processing metal pipes into a spiral shape. Compared to straight pipes, they have higher resistance to external pressure and can change flow rate and velocity. Hole-punched processing parts can create various holes at any location by punching through the metal pipe from the inside to the outside. The hole-punching process from the inside to the outside results in a cut edge (exit) with a fracture surface and burrs on the outside, making the processing of these burrs easier. Previously, it was considered impossible to perform drawing processing on stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of over 2mm, but by using a press die specification, the versatility of stainless steel pipes has significantly increased. The joint system processes the pipe ends with a nodular bulge and connects steel pipes with a screw-type joint. The processing of the steel pipes requires only the nodular bulge treatment, eliminating the need for welding or other processes, and the screw-type joint allows for easy attachment and detachment.
