Located in Suzaka City, in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, we have been established for 50 years. Since entering the 21st century, we have focused on the electronic device sector, primarily manufacturing jigs used in the production process of electronic components. Based on quality improvement and research and development, we are a jig manufacturer capable of handling everything from prototypes to mass production.
Business Activities
We are a manufacturer of jigs and tools, which has become rare nowadays. We handle everything from design to manufacturing, and from prototyping to mass production. Materials: Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon, Resin Processing: Cutting, Laser In response to various customer requests, we propose the selection of materials and methods tailored to specific applications. - I want to use aluminum but need conductivity. (A5052 + conductive anodizing) - I want to improve the efficiency of the transfer jig. (Aluminum + lubricating anodizing) - I want to reduce surface wear on aluminum. (Aluminum + PVD-TiAlN treatment) - I want to minimize distortion in heat treatment jigs. (Use of titanium)
