The main product of the copper alloy division, oil-impregnated KS bronze (equivalent to Oiless #600), is used in bearing components and helps reduce the frequency and amount of lubrication required for the bearings. As processing materials, we stock 10 types in round bar shape (outer diameter 16-61, length 202) and 9 types in pipe shape (outer diameter 31-61, wall thickness 6-8.5, length 202) as standard inventory. We will deliver the optimal shape products (raw materials) as per customer orders after performing primary oil-impregnation treatment. In the burner nozzle division, we design and manufacture oxygen blowing lance nozzles for converters and electric furnaces in steelworks, as well as design, manufacture, and repair of burner nozzles for dioxin countermeasure waste incineration and gasification melting furnaces. Additionally, based on our delivery and usage track record mentioned above, we also undertake the design and manufacture of water-cooled structures used in high-temperature environments. Furthermore, we handle welding of dissimilar metals such as copper and iron, copper and stainless steel, and copper and Hastelloy, as well as titanium welding. In the casting department, we manufacture cast products made from various materials, including stainless steel castings. We have a track record of producing various materials based on JIS and ASTM standards, and we also accept orders for customer-specific products (materials) beyond those standards. To assist customers planning to cast specific materials, we have published a "Pouring Date Information / Can be done even for one piece" section on the Tatsumi Industrial website, which provides the casting schedule for each material over the next three months. Tatsumi Industrial handles cast products of various materials and shapes according to customer specifications. Customers can either provide wooden patterns for casting or request that Tatsumi Industrial prepare them, so please let us know your preference. We also accept orders for rough machining.
