Currently, the mainstream method known as spinning processing involves using a spinning machine for manufacturing. The processing with a spinning machine utilizes rollers to stretch sheets (made of iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, and other metals) using hydraulic power. The type of roller used varies depending on the material of the sheet, as well as its shape. In recent years, the demand for stainless steel has increased, making it a commonly used material in spinning. Previously, the limit for sheet thickness in traditional spinning was about 2 millimeters, but with the spinning machine, it has become possible to process sheets up to about twice that thickness. Utilizing hydraulic power, large items can be shaped through multiple processes (repeatedly pressing the material forward), which is much faster than traditional spinning. This reduction in production time has led to cost savings. Maruchoko Metal was an early adopter of this mechanization, quickly acquiring the first hydraulic spinning machine and leveraging its extensive experience and achievements. We are challenging ourselves to develop new products and contribute to global environmental development using a variety of materials, not limited to stainless steel, iron, and aluminum. Maruchou Metal has a main factory, a second factory, and a prototype and research building. The main factory primarily focuses on spinning processing (shearing). We are equipped with three spinning processing machines and eight manual spinning lathes to handle various products. The second factory is equipped for both spinning processing and pressing. It has five spinning processing machines and twelve presses, completing processes up to surface treatment, including post-spinning processes, drilling, tapping, and pressing. The prototype and research building houses a Playback NC spinning machine model 1000 and model T-6. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
