At Tanaka Nobutetsukōjo Co., Ltd., we manufacture a variety of products related to railway components (track-related parts). Our forging characteristics vary depending on the size and shape of the products, but we specialize in forging through free forging processes using hammers and hydraulic presses, followed by die forging. Additionally, our competitive press machines utilize friction presses (screw presses), allowing us to accommodate not only mass production but also small lot production of various types. By employing these manufacturing methods, we aim to enhance the forging ratio, a characteristic of forging, and challenge ourselves in producing products for various industries. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationAt Tanaka Shintekko Co., Ltd., our forged products, "Backward Extrusion Forgings," allow for a reduction in the machining process from raw materials (round steel). The advantages include forgings with no taper on the inner and outer diameters, at a 0-degree angle. The shape is cup-shaped. Currently, the dimensions we have achieved are an outer diameter of φ80 to 120mm, a total length of 125 to 225mm, an inner diameter of φ61 to 85mm, and an inner depth of 70 to 190mm. The materials we currently use are S45C and SCM435. In the future, we will challenge ourselves to achieve maximum and minimum dimensions for outer diameter, inner diameter, total length, and inner depth beyond our current specifications. We will also take on challenges for shapes other than round for the outer and inner diameters, as well as for materials with unique characteristics. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
