Nagoya Plastic Industry is a comprehensive manufacturer of plastic sheets that specializes in sheet molding (vacuum molding, pressure molding, and thermal press molding) and can provide various materials and processing methods from prototyping to mass production as needed. Our company can easily produce thin-walled products and large integrated molded items (1500X3200), thanks to our ownership of large molding machines, which allows for multiple part molding, thereby reducing molding time and costs. Additionally, we are capable of molding thick materials up to 20mm in thickness, which is not possible with conventional sheet molding.
