Neop Co., Ltd. conducts prototype and mass production of lenses. The features are as follows: - Small quantity, diverse varieties, prototyping, and mass production (approximately 1000 units per month) - High-precision polishing supported by pitch polishing and pad polishing - Compatible with SiO2, synthetic quartz, and various difficult-to-polish materials - We handle material procurement, centering, coating, and bonding - Almost all products undergo analysis inspection with an interferometer before delivery (measurable convex radius: 0 to 1200R, concave: 0 to 1150R) - Delivering products with surface accuracy of λ/20 (with complete measurement data attached) - We strive to deliver products with accuracy of λ/10 or better - Small diameter and small radius (1.1R, convex/concave hemispherical rate within 99 from Φ2) - With the introduction of NC machines, we are now capable of producing up to Φ70 - By using a centering polishing machine, we can reduce costs and shorten delivery times for prototypes ranging from 30 to several hundred units We focus on lens surface inspection technology and strive daily to improve the quality of our delivered products.
