The "Magnetic Induction Sensor for AGVs" is a sensor designed to guide unmanned transport vehicles (AGVs) to their intended locations by detecting the magnetic flux of guide tape laid on the floor and driving them along the route. It can stably detect low magnetic fields (0.5mT) as well. The AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) magnetic induction sensor [UDS-1213] detects the magnetic flux of magnetic tape and guides the automated guided vehicle to its destination. It accurately measures deviations from the center of the track with high resolution using its unique advanced signal processing. Additionally, it can detect over long distances even with narrow magnetic tape. For a 25mm tape, a clearance of 50-60mm can be achieved. In addition to track detection, it also detects magnetic markers placed on both sides of the track. When used with the UDS1213 and a dedicated two-channel motor controller, it can control autonomous robots. Easy setup and maintenance can be done with free PC software.
