We have achieved a vapor deposition that does not peel by changing the process! Achieve a metallic design! Color variations are also possible. Vacuum deposition and sputtering, known as dry plating, are technologies that realize a metallic design on resin and rubber parts. It is possible to apply a metallic-like decoration to rubber materials, and it can bend without causing cracks in the deposition layer. Our company offers "Thin 3D Textures." By using half vapor deposition, it is possible to illuminate the textured areas, and due to the discontinuous vapor deposition and non-conductive film, there is no radio wave interference, which does not affect communication functions. "SunZero" is an amorphous paste-like insulation material made from silica particles and inorganic fibers. It is non-combustible, but unlike fireproof clay, it is not suitable for use as a heat storage material. "SGOINT(R)" is a new concept heat-resistant O-ring that uses high-purity, shape-retaining single-layer carbon nanotubes manufactured by Zeon Corporation as a reinforcing filler in fluororubber (FKM) base material. The basic grade has excellent sealing properties at high temperatures and exhibits characteristics equivalent to those of higher heat-resistant products as long as the temperature is below 230°C.
