As a response to achieving carbon neutrality in the 21st century, a transition to new energy sources is being sought. One aspect of this involves the use of heat exchangers around devices that capture and effectively utilize CO2, as well as reactors that produce new energy sources such as methane. This represents the track record of heat exchangers required for these processes.

• stainless

This is a machine designed and manufactured for processing tube-shaped ship parts. The spindle head moves on the column in the left-right C-axis, up-down Y-axis, and front-back Z-axis. The workpiece is processed by the NC facing head, which machines both side end faces, the inner diameter, and part of both outer shapes. After this, the facing head is manually replaced with an eccentric axis boring head. The inner diameter section is processed by this boring head to create an eccentric R-shaped section for oil reservoirs. Large tube-shaped workpieces can be continuously processed on the same fixture without changing setups, allowing for efficient and high-precision machining.

• Boring Machine

We perform a series of processes including machining the inner diameter, outer diameter, end face, and threading of the cylinder, as well as the transportation, processing, and delivery of the workpiece. Equipped with a right unit for 500-type CNC facing, we have an automatic tool change device (ATC) that allows for the selection of tools based on the workpiece diameter and processing requirements, accommodating a variety of workpiece lengths (approximately 3000 to 14000 mm). To handle workpieces with diameters ranging from φ40 to φ400, we have adopted a two-pod type facing system. The two pods are positioned differently from the center of the facing, with Pod 1 processing workpieces from φ40 to φ200 and Pod 2 processing workpieces from φ200 to φ400, allowing a single facing head to accommodate various diameters. Before processing, we measure the workpiece center using an automatic touch probe measurement system and automatically correct the misalignment values in the Y-axis (vertical direction) and C-axis (horizontal direction).

• Boring Machine

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Tabletop R Chamfering Machine" that we handle. The customer was looking for production equipment to alleviate the burden on workers caused by manual chamfering, as it affected production efficiency and the physical strain on the operators. After the introduction of the machine, no one had to perform chamfering by hand anymore, and it was reported to be extremely effective in reducing the burden. Additionally, since one unit was fully operational, they decided to purchase another unit. • Other processing machines

We are currently developing the U-axis holder by applying the technology cultivated through many years of designing and manufacturing U-axis machining machines. The U-axis holder can be attached to machining centers and NC milling machines (BT40) for use. With U-axis drive, it allows for boring while moving in the radial direction, making it suitable for taper machining, threading, and stepped holes. • Other cutting tools

Yasec's FLEX U+ is a facing machine that enables high-efficiency turning processing without rotating the workpiece. It maximizes effectiveness for workpieces that cannot achieve rotational speed with the spindle chuck of NC or general-purpose lathes. The ATC (Automatic Tool Change) allows for smooth processing of complex shapes that require multiple types of tools. It can be installed in opposing or three directions, enabling simultaneous processing from multiple directions and achieving reduced cycle times.

• Food Cutting Equipment

We will automate the manual labor of unpacking and extracting contents from large amounts of cardboard at food factories and raw material warehouses. "Reducing the burden on workers" and "ensuring work safety." De-palletizer → Cardboard cutting robot → Inversion and extraction of contents → Cardboard compression. The "e-DRAIN" is a drain cooler that can adjust the drain outlet temperature. By introducing the drain into the cascade tank at the temperature set by the drain cooler, it is possible to maintain the supply water temperature at the set value without wasting energy. Maintaining the supply water temperature at the set value is also expected to be effective in preventing low-temperature corrosion. This product is a horizontal boring machine designed for groove machining on the inner side of the partition valve body. The groove machining is performed by inserting an end mill from an angle head into the inside of the body. Additionally, the spindle head is equipped with a 90° indexing device for the angle head, allowing it to accommodate tool directions according to the machining requirements. The "Coining Air Leak Tester for Seat Valves" inspects the seat surface of the seat valve by coining it with a test ball and performs an air leak test. The "Upper and Lower Guide Rail Automatic Processing Line" is a dedicated processing machine for drilling and cutting holes in guide rails for elevators. The workpieces supplied on the entrance magazine are automatically transported into the machine. After performing bolt holes, counterbore holes, and back machining, the workpieces are cut to the specified length and discharged into the exit magazine. The "Counter-Type Expanding Machine for Heat Exchanger Cooling Tubes" is a machine that performs tube expansion by inserting an expanding tool into the cooling tubes assembled and set on the tube sheet, allowing the outer diameter of the tube to be fitted into the holes of the tube sheet. It consists of an NC facing head mounted on a column that operates in two dimensions, along with a pipe positioning and clamping section. The "Crankshaft Oil Hole Machining Machine" is a 4-axis machining center that efficiently processes oil holes in small crankshafts at right angles and with inclined holes up to ±40 degrees in the same operation.
