Since our establishment in 1981, Honda Tsusho Co., Ltd. has been primarily involved in the manufacturing and sales of equipment related to motor production. Until a few years ago, we had our equipment produced by partner factories in Japan under the Honda Tsusho brand, and we handled the sales and aftercare of that equipment. We entered the Chinese market in 1985 to sell Japanese-made equipment and opened an office in China in 1997. During this time, we have interacted with many motor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers in China. Initially, the quality and performance of Chinese-made equipment were not at a level we could handle, but in recent years, some of the equipment has clearly become competitive with Japanese equipment. Moving forward, we will add Chinese-made equipment that can compete with Japanese manufacturers to our product lineup and continue to focus on sales and aftercare as our core business.
