Aid Machinery aims to create a sustainable resource-circulating society through the molding and sale of "Plapanels," which are materials recycled from electric and communication wires. Plapanels are used in the transportation and logistics industry to reinforce and repair cargo truck beds and as scratch prevention mats. They can also be used as high-performance plastic alternatives for flooring boards and steel plates that stabilize scaffolding in public civil engineering projects. The Plapanels have passed physical property tests at a building material testing center and are supported by FEM analysis and test data for installation on soft ground, ensuring their safe use in various applications at different sites.
Business Activities
We purchase discarded wires from NTT and power companies, which are collected and sorted by wire manufacturers, as well as insulation materials such as PE, low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene, and carbon fiber support materials like Kevlar. These raw materials are mixed and melted using an extruder and then compressed and molded into plastic panels using a 1200-ton hydraulic press.
