We supply labels as components for manufacturers of precision machinery, optical equipment, medical devices, electronic parts, and electrical components. We also provide labels for anti-counterfeiting and as security seals. We are committed to thorough printing technology, quality control, and delivery management. We actively pursue certifications such as ISO 9001, UL standards, and cUL standards. Additionally, we use adhesive sheets and inks that do not contain specific harmful substances, ensuring full compliance with directives such as RoHS. We have introduced a laser marking system and are engaged in the manufacturing and sales of laser marking labels.
Business Activities
1. Manufacturing labels as industrial products with thorough management We supply labels as components for manufacturers of precision instruments, optical devices, medical devices, electronic components, and electrical components. We can perform strict quality control and quantity management. We conduct full quality inspections using automatic inspection machines, visual inspections, quantity management, and final quantity confirmation using electronic scales. Additionally, we can manage by incorporating numbering and serial numbers. 2. Manufacturing UL and cUL standard labels required for industrial products exported to North America Our company is qualified to manufacture labels that comply with standards applicable to various substrates. We will propose the optimal UL and cUL standards. 3. Tack laser marking from labels to markings We have the only equipment in the industry capable of laser marking (YAG laser) on roll-shaped sheets. We manufacture anti-counterfeiting labels and labels that require durability and weather resistance. Furthermore, we create jigs to laser mark serial numbers and designs on large stickers and electronic components (such as resin and metal).
