The "Smart Packet" is a special roll coater line manufactured by Sorbini, designed to enhance the feel of wood with compatibility for natural paints, UV paints, polyurethane paints, and more. It was developed to differentiate itself from decorative sheet flooring materials and incorporates two roller heads in one unit to accommodate different paint viscosities. We would like to introduce Falcioni's "Coating for Frame Materials such as Window Frames." When manually spraying window frames, the coating rate is about 25%, resulting in a significant amount of wasted paint. By using Falcioni's hanging line, depending on the type of paint, the coating rate can be improved to nearly 90%. This system generates static electricity to apply paint concentratedly on the components, and by equipping a belt on the opposite side of the spray, it allows for the reuse of overspray, achieving a coating rate close to 90%.
