The macro bubble generator from Nishiyama Pump Service has been proven effective in various fields such as water treatment, industrial cleaning, hydroponics, and aquaculture. We contribute to the development of high-value-added and environmentally friendly new products and new business ventures using our "high-efficiency compact gas dissolver" and "ultra-high concentration micro bubble generator" (three patents). We aim to provide proposals that create value for our customers. ○ Features of the micro bubble generator There are many micro bubble products on the market, but in comparative tests under the same conditions, our new product generates approximately 40 times more micro bubbles than conventional swirling methods and about 80 times more than ejector, venturi, or orifice jet methods. Compared to low concentration types, it has a concentration about 1,000 times greater. Therefore, it exhibits excellent effects. It is also superior when utilizing nano bubbles, which can be easily generated.

Jet Engine Manufacturer: Achieved target with approximately 5 seconds of microbubble showering per workpiece for the removal of cutting oil (intermediate cleaning), with good oil-water separation of oily wastewater and long-term circulation of cleaning water. 2. Clubhouse Bath: In the microbubble treatment of a bathtub of about 10 tons, received high praise from customers for consuming half the power compared to competitors, with fine and dense bubbles that are creamy. 3. Beauty Equipment Manufacturer: In beauty and consumer microbubble and carbonated spring devices, achieved good results by cleaning only with microbubbles without shampoo (suitable for skin conditions like dermatitis). 4. Canning Manufacturer: Used for the floating separation of emulsified oily wastewater. Achieved target simply by replacing with our equipment (same power consumption) without using coagulants, and received additional orders for other treatment lines. 5. Government Office: Installed a gas dissolver for oxygen supply to an oxygen-deficient artificial pond, completely dissolving 6 NL/min of oxygen in 160 L/min of water.
