At the Chuoen Heat Treatment Research Institute, "Bright Annealing and Annealing" is achieved by processing in a reducing protective atmosphere, preventing the formation of oxidation scale during annealing and tempering. We can provide prevention of grain coarsening after carburizing of cold-forged products, with processing possible in the specified temperature range of 600°C to 950°C. To obtain the Special Grade, a minimum of 10 years of practical experience is required, and our company has 6 Special Grade metal heat treatment technicians.
