The automatic eddy current testing system EloScan performs eddy current testing on cylindrical aircraft engine components at the push of a button. With a highly versatile design and precise probe operation, it can scan complex shapes that require high repeatability, automatically detecting defects on the surface of the components.

The world's smallest and lightest portable eddy current flaw detector based on ergonomics. The ELOTEST M2V3 is equipped with dual frequencies (with mixing function) and is ideal for manual inspections (surface cracks, internal defects in boreholes, internal defects in multilayer structures), and it also has conductivity and film thickness measurement capabilities. The inspection frequency range is 10Hz-12MHz, achieving optimal signal processing through full filter functions (LP, HP, BP). The high-resolution LCD display achieves perfect contrast, making it easy to read in any lighting environment. A calibration standard test piece is mounted on the handle for instant signal verification. With nine keys using pictograms, all functions can be accessed from the setup menu, making it a user-friendly model for field operators.

The newly developed ELOTEST M3 is a portable eddy current flaw detector based on the minimal and lightweight ELOTEST M2, featuring a large LCD screen with excellent image quality and brightness as its main characteristic. In inspection sites, when multiple technicians need to view the flaw detection signals on a single screen simultaneously, or when it becomes difficult to support the device with both hands for probe holding, the ELOTEST M3 offers the optimal choice with its large screen and lightweight design.

The aircraft wheel eddy current testing system EloWheel can inspect wheels with a diameter of up to 1000mm and a weight of 250kg, and has the following four features: - Inspection of cracks in the pipe wall and bead seat - Internal crack inspection using low-frequency probes - Bolt hole scanning using a hand rotor - Network connectivity available

The feature of this new product series lies in the coexistence of low noise and high-speed inspection. By fully digitally processing the demodulated signal with an extremely wide bandwidth of 10 kHz, we have achieved a low noise figure and accomplished ultra-fast multiplexing at 32 kHz (from probe to probe).
